
The salted egg recipe.. which I tried last week was not very successful esp the prawn dish :(
It's my first time whipping up Chinese dish. It's a good start! Mmmm but I'm sure the photos look good ey? Don't you agree?
Critics from my sis:
Salted Egg Fried Prawns - Prawns "too hard" (over fried I suppose)
- The sauce too dry and not creamy
- No flavour at all...
Regarding the Salted Egg White Fried Rice (I personally like it very much) I love it when the rice is 'sticky' but my sister hates it! hahaha! Anyone likes their fried rice to be 'sticky?' like I do? :p
Nevertheless, it was a good experience!
